Can I order over the phone?
Yes. Even though all online orders are
encrypted with the latest technology and sent through a triple secure
server using SSL technology to prevent information from being intercepted,
we do understand that some of our customers prefer a more personal shopping
experience.

How
soon will I get my order?
All orders for in-stock merchandise will
be processed and shipped within 3 business days. Occasionally we will
get backed up and orders will go out within 5 business days. Orders
received for merchandise that is made-when-ordered usually ship within
10 business days. We try very hard to keep that from happening. We know
that you are very anxious to get your order.
Do you sell
wholesale?
We do offer wholesale pricing
on merchandise to businesses with a valid resale tax certificate.

Do you have catalogs?
We're sorry, but we do not have a printed
catalog. Our inventory changes so much because we’re entering new
products all the time that a catalog would be out-of-date almost as
soon as it was printed.
Why was my credit
card charged before I got the merchandise?
We offer the largest selection
of golf products anywhere on the web. Many of our items are custom
made, when ordered, others are shipped from several distribution points
across the United States. Depending on where you live it may take
several days for delivery. If your order hasn't arrived in 10
business days, please email or call (540-984-3384) us.
How Do I Return Merchandise?
Unused items in new condition and in original packaging only may be returned for full credit within 14 days of purchase, excluding shipping and handling charges. Please contact us at 1-866-LADY-PAR with an order number and reason for the return before shipping the item back. All returns must have an assigned Return Authorization number clearly written on the outside label to be accepted. It is recommended that you insure the item before returning it.
How can I join your

mailing list. Only you, our customer can do that directly from
our website. We use a double opt-in method so please follow the
